If you have a brown or reddish area that you are trying to hide use a light blue or pinkish concealer to balance out the brown/red tones in your skin.
When you use concealer with the proper undertones and in a shade lighter than your foundation, your under eye circles will be greatly reduced.
The lighter shade causes the skin around the eyes to appear brighter.
Apply foundation up to the line of the concealer but do not apply the foundation over the concealer.
Softly blend the line where the concealer and the foundation meet for a more natural look.
Concealer and foundation can have a profound impact on your the dark circles, making your eyes appear fresh and youthful, but it is only cosmetic.
